How to brew

Two ways to brew. One second steep.

Whole leaves and flowers give up their flavour slowly, so the same spoonful brews twice.

Hot

  1. 1 tsp (a good pinch) per 8 oz cup
  2. Water just off the boil (212°F)
  3. Cover and steep 5–7 minutes
  4. Strain, sip — then steep the same leaves again

Cold brew

  1. 4–6 tsp per quart of room-temperature water
  2. Steep 4–6 hours (or overnight in the fridge)
  3. Strain and pour over ice
  4. Optional: add honey or a lemon slice

Honey after, not during. Let the tea cool a minute before stirring in raw Ikaria honey — high heat dulls its enzymes and aroma.

The same organic blend in a 1 lb (450 g) bag — around 225 cups, or 450 double-steeped. It's the best value per cup and popular with families and offices. Store it sealed, cool and dark.

Hot: 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of just-boiled water, steeped 5–7 minutes. Iced: 4–6 teaspoons per quart of room-temperature water, steeped 4–6 hours. The leaves are generous, so you can re-steep them for a second batch.

Earthy and honeyed from the mountain tea, with sage's savory mint and lemon verbena's bright lemon-blossom perfume. Made for honey and lemon.

No — it's naturally caffeine-free, so you can enjoy it any time, including the evening.

Yes. We never grind, crush or bag our herbs. You see whole leaves, flowers and roots in the bag — and that's why each spoonful steeps twice.

Keep it in a cool, dark, dry place, sealed tight and away from sunlight and moisture. Dried herbs don't expire — they just slowly lose a little aroma and potency over time, so they're best enjoyed within about two years for peak flavor.
