Domestic Shipments (USA)

• Returns & Refunds: We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
• Return Shipping: A return label will be provided by us free of charge.

International Shipments

• Customs & Duties: Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer’s responsibility. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the product cost only once the package is received.
• Returns: International returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
