Refund policy
At Greek Superherbs, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our refund policy for domestic and international orders:
Domestic Shipments (USA)
- Returns & Refunds: We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
- Return Shipping: A return label will be provided by us free of charge.
International Shipments (Canada & Australia)
- Returns: We are unable to accept returns on international orders.
- Customs & Duties: Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer's responsibility. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the product cost only, once the package is received.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Australian Biosecurity: Orders to Australia must clear Australian biosecurity inspection (BICON). By ordering for delivery to Australia, you accept this risk. We are unable to refund or replace orders that are held, treated, destroyed or returned by Australian authorities.
Damaged or Defective Items (USA & International)
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@greeksuperherbs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage.
- Once we've reviewed the photo, we will refund the damaged item to your original payment method.
Opened Products
- Because our products are food, opened items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
