Our herbs and honey are natural, USDA Organic foods with nothing added. But pregnancy and breastfeeding are exactly the times to be a little extra careful — some herbs aren't recommended during pregnancy or nursing, and everyone's situation is different. We always recommend checking with your doctor or midwife before adding a new herb, tea, or food to your routine; they know what's right for you and your baby. The same goes if you're taking medication or managing a health condition. And as with all honey, it shouldn't be given to babies under 12 months.
