Ikaria is one of the world's five Blue Zones. Our Ikaria tea is the island's daily herbal habit; Immune Tea pairs Mount Olympus mountain tea with Greek sage and lemon verbena. Both caffeine-free and good for a double steep.
Sleep Tea: organic lavender buds, chamomile flowers, valerian root and passionflower. Calm Tea: lavender, chamomile and lemon balm: floral, mellow, bright. Whole flowers, never dust.
Detox Tea blends organic stinging nettle leaves, dandelion root and hibiscus flowers. Pair it with wildcrafted Mount Olympus mountain tea, grown above 1,000 metres.
Digestion Tea: Dittany of Crete, peppermint and rosemary. Chios Mastic Gum Tea: chamomile with the rarest resin in the world, plus mahlepi. Fresh, woody, vanilla-like.

In the medieval mastic villages of southern Chios, farmers still score the trunks by hand and gather the tears that fall onto the whitened ground. We pair it with chamomile and mahlepi.
Crete · South AegeanKnown for dittany, the cliff herb of the White Mountains and the Samaria gorge.
Europe's longest gorge cuts through Crete's White Mountains, where dittany clings to the rock faces. With sage and tribulus it makes the earthy, oregano-like brew of Cretan shepherds.
Known for its volcanic caldera and the softest evening light in the Aegean.

ReadYes. All our teas are EU Organic Certified and most are wildcrafted, picked by hand from mountain and island slopes where they grow naturally, without pesticides, fertilizers or irrigation. Certification by Eurocert.
It is raw, unheated and unfiltered, harvested from hives that sit among wild thyme and heather on Ikaria, one of the world's five Blue Zones. It is USDA Organic and shipped in glass, plastic-free. Each harvest is small and usually sells out within days.
All three come in 250 g and 460 g jars.
Our herbs are imported from Greece and ship from our U.S. fulfillment center. Standard U.S. shipping takes 2–5 business days, or 1–2 business days with USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $79; orders to Canada ship at rates calculated at checkout.
