How to brew

Two ways to brew. One second steep.

Whole leaves and flowers give up their flavour slowly, so the same spoonful brews twice.

Hot

  1. 1 sachet per 8 oz cup
  2. Water just off the boil (212Β°F)
  3. Steep 4–6 minutes β€” watch the cup turn gold
  4. Sip plain, or with a spoon of Greek honey

Cold brew

  1. 2 sachets per quart of cold water
  2. Steep 4–6 hours in the fridge
  3. Pour over ice
  4. Finish with mint, citrus or a drizzle of honey

Add a drop of saffron honey once it cools slightly β€” the orange and honey double up beautifully. Lovely iced with an orange wheel.
