Whole herbs need room to breathe
A crushed tea bag needs no space; a whole sage leaf, a chamomile head or a sprig of mountain tea does. Our teaware gives the herbs room to open, water room to circulate, and a strainer fine enough to keep every petal out of your cup.
Pair it with any of our teas — the herbs steep twice, so a pot is never wasted.

A pot on the table is an invitation. That's the whole Greek philosophy of tea.
Teaware for whole-leaf Greek herbs — glass, stoneware and steel.
Add to cartBrewing whole-leaf herbs in it
Loose leaf is easier than it looks — the leaves do the work.
Hot
- 1 tsp of herbs per 8 oz
- Water just off the boil (212°F)
- Cover and steep 5–7 minutes
- Pour — then re-steep the same herbs
Cold brew
- 4–6 tsp per quart of cold water
- Steep 4–6 hours or overnight
- Strain through the built-in infuser
- Serve over ice with lemon
Care. Rinse right after use so herbs don't stain; glass and steel go in the dishwasher, stoneware prefers a hand wash.
Questions we get most
Borosilicate glass and stainless-steel infusers are dishwasher safe. Hand-painted stoneware (the Evil Eye teapot) is best hand-washed and is not microwave safe.
Yes — anything loose-leaf. The wide chamber suits blooming teas and the fine strainer handles rooibos, black and green tea as well as our herbs.
Glass and stoneware are wrapped and boxed with cushioning. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo and we replace it immediately.

Yia mas — to your health.
I grew up on Ikaria, where herbs were not a wellness trend — they were what my grandmother picked on the hillside, dried on the roof and brewed every evening for whoever walked through the door.
Real leaves and roots, never the broken dust sealed into a bag.
Every plant we sell is harvested at peak potency, hand-cut, air-dried the traditional way and hand-packed. Nothing added, nothing taken away.
