How:
Apply directly to the skin with gentle motions or use for rubs and massage. Alternatively, soak a piece of gauze and apply as a compress. Avoid sun exposure after application, as it may cause photosensitivity.
For:
Wounds, burns, bruises, eczema, acne, rheumatic discomfort, muscle stiffness, cramps, neuralgia, insect bites, and chafing.
